Gatsby Notes & Thoughts on Chapter 8

- Nick tells Gatsby to leave , so that no one traces the car back to him that Daisy ended up killing Myrtle with. Though , Gatsby didn’t or doesn’t want to leave her no matter what &  he also talked about he felt when he made love to Daisy , felt like he was married to her.
- Gatsby tells Nick that he had waited till 4 o’clock in the morning till Daisy turned off the light in the room & how she didn’t or hadn’t left the room
- Wilson’s husband ended up coming back to shoot Gatsby because , he thought that Gatsby was having an affair with Wilson & thinking he had killed her. Then later , shooting him self.
