Cue Theme Music

As we read the Great Gatsby in our English Class , we all had to take a moment and think about what was the message behind the book. After thinking & thinking about it , I do think that this book was about how bad society is, you have a rich guy that everyone thinks has a nice life but deep down he isn’t as happy. You have people cheating on their significant others and people getting killed for someone’s else actions or people taking the blame for something that they didn’t even. In my opinion, it’s more of showing how messed up people can be, in the story you have basically many characters that are liars & cheaters. No one was really real in the story , everyone had a secret they were hiding and all pretended to like each other when they all knew they didn’t.
