After rereading the story of Young Goodman Brown it really gave me so many different feelings and thoughts, The story was about a young man named, Brown. Brown was about to take a late night stroll in the forest. Before, he had went on the walk he had said goodbye to his lovely wife Faith. As he walked throughout the forest he had seen an old man in the forest. Brown had, heard the old man saying things about his family and how that helped bad things. The more the Oldman had talked , Brown had realized that he was also talking about the people in his village. Brown couldn't believe what was happening to him and what he was hearing & seeing. The longer the Oldman spoke more people came and surrounded him until one of the ladies had said, "Devil." Brown was speechless he couldn't believe it, he had started thinking of all the bad things he had & done for the devil. The Devil started talking about Faith & how she had done crimes until Brown had seen his wife wandering in the forest. Brown was shocked and tried getting her attention but it was to late, he seen the pink ribbons that she had and tried reaching out to her but it was to late. By time, Brown had tried grabbing her everything had disappeared, the only thing that was left was her pink ribbon. He was stunned, he had went back to the village to see if anything really did happen. When he had went back to the village he had seen all the people who were in the forest & the devil. They all had acted like if nothing had happened, he seen his wife who had ran up to him & tried kissing him but Brown was just sad & disbelief of what had happened in the forest.
