Self Reliance part 4

Emerson does inspire me a lot and In so many different ways. The way he explains about, “to be great is to he misunderstood” really got to me because so many people I know in my life always say that it’s bad to be misunderstood but I don’t think it. I personally think that it’ll help you in the future & see what to do & what not to do. Emerson constantly says that, we shouldn’t really care about what people think & say what’s on your mind and that’s it true. We shouldn’t have to care about what people think or say about us. We have freedom of speech and we shouldn’t ever back down to someone because you’re afraid of being judged or whatsoever. Therefore, when he also said, “our actions have their own life” I really liked that saying because it does show people and yourself who you really are. It’s the little things that really matter & show others what kind of person you are & your intentions.
