The guy who goes for a walk

My opinion on why Ray Bradbury wrote this story was because he wanted us to get our attention on how he saw the community. The way he had described his neighborhood. In his words were: sad, quiet & a lonely place when it was night. The way he had described the officer when he as wondering through the lonely streets, he had looked like a drunk man wondering around. Furthermore, i feel like the topic of the story was how badly the police officer treated Mead & assumed that he was doing something wrong when he wasn’t & yet no one was there to help him out & especially the officer, forcing him to get into the car, taking him to a Psychiatric Center for Research on Regressive Tendencies.
The time frame was 2053, no one cared about a thing but their televisions locked up in their homes.
