How I Read

My first impression on the essay Dr. Preston read to us and reread it myself, It really got me thinking and feeling different types of feelings towards it, it made me have a different way of reading. In the essay we read, I actually learned that Amateurs came from Latin. The verb is "love" because amateurs love at what they do & see things from their own perspective. Another thing, I have learned was that "Sapere Aude" means dare to be wise. I personally strongly believe that every time I go to my English class, I learn a new word in a different language and I actually like & enjoy it because not every teacher is gonna go out of their way & just showing or teaching us different words whether where it came from or the meaning behind it. With that being said, I actually really enjoyed reading, "How I Read" it was really interesting & I'm glad that I reread it over again & got something out of it.
